I just wanted to let all know that this is the closest to real bread that I have come across in three years.  I'm not Celiac however friends and family are!   I would recommend anyone that has gluten issues whether your celiac or gluten sensitive, this is the place to buy your breads the cookies are awesome too!!

We were driving around on holiday Monday and noticed a new gluten free bakery. I was so excited as it has been quite daunting trying to find bread that doesn't have a bad after taste or that crumbles in your mouth like saw dust. So, we turned around and came back. We went in and were given alot of samples. Boy, were they good! Everything tasted real, not like your typical gluten free stuff. I bought a loaf of bread, some oatmeal cookies and brownies. I can't wait to try the rest in including the fresh pasta. Going to place my first order this week.

 

I would definitely recommend this bakery to anyone who has struggled to find excellent gluten free baked goods. As a person with Celiac Disease like myself, I was so glad I found Voila Gluten-Free Bakeree. It's been a long 1 1/2 years since I have tasted anything that tastes like real bread. And oh yeah, their cinnamon buns taste really good too! You have to try it!

I just wanted to say how nice it was to meet you yesterday.  I want to thank you for the samples of your products that you gave me.  I hope you don't mind but I took a picture of the products and put them up on my glutenfreeconsultant fan page on facebook for everyone to see how wonderful they look.  If it's okay, I would like to do the same idea and put a picture of your products up on my website as well and tell people the name of the bakery and where you are located. 

By the way, we enjoyed everything we've tasted so far! 

I think it is great what you are doing and  I will definitely stop by the next time I am in Oakville.

I just wanted to say thank you for your great baking.  My colleague loved the food and in fact ate almost the whole lasagne.  I tried a small piece and it was delicious, as were the cookies.  Are you open today, tomorrow and Wed?

  I have been diagnosed Celiac for 3 years now, and forever searching for good products when I cannot make my own.
I have found a community and neighborhood staple in "Voila" and couldn't be more thankful for its arrival!
The food they make is made with love, and you really can taste it. I buy everything from licorice to pasta from Voila, and will continue to do so and spread the good word about the wonderful family at Voila, and the Gluten-Free community it has created, for years to come!!!
