We are a family owned business comprising of John, my wife and lead baker Julia who has Celiac disease, our Pastry Chef and daughter Kaleigh and son Ryan, the store manager.
We opened our first gluten-free bakery in Oakville 8 yrs ago and just moved back to Ottawa. We cater to people with Celiac disease and other intolerance such as lactose, dairy, corn & yeast.
We pride ourselves in utilizing the highest grade of certified Gluten-Free flours, starches and other ingredients.
Our bakery is 100 % Nut and Tree Nut-Free.
